The products2.1 . The site offers for sale food products as detailed on the product pages and are offered for sale in the indicated areas only and in the territory of the State of Israel only.2.2. Product images are for illustration purposes only. There may be slight differences in packaging/color/weight.2.3. Product weight may be approximate (for fresh products).2.4. The responsibility to ensure nutritional/allergenic compatibility applies to the customer. Please refer to the list of ingredients.3. Allergens and nutritional information3.1. The business makes an effort to list ingredients and allergens in accordance with the law.3.2. The products may be manufactured/packaged in an environment containing allergens (such as: gluten, nuts, sesame, etc.).3.3. Placing an order and payment4.1. An order will only be considered valid after receiving payment confirmation from the credit card/payment method company.4.2. The business may cancel a transaction in the event of a price error, technical malfunction or lack of stock.4.3. Prices on the site include VAT  5. Delivery and deliveries 5.1. Delivery times: up to 21 business days, unless otherwise specified. 5.2. Deliveries will be made via a courier company/self-collection. 5.3. Delays due to force majeure, strikes or weather conditions are not the responsibility of the business. 5.4. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure receipt of the shipment on time (especially for products that require refrigeration). 6. Transaction cancellation and returns In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981: 6.1. Food products cannot be returned after delivery, for health and food safety reasons and 6.2. In the event of a defect/spoilage – contact within 24 hours of receiving the product with a photo attached. 6.3. In the event of cancellation before delivery – cancellation is possible without a cancellation fee.

7. Warranty 7.1. The product's warranty is limited to its quality at the time of delivery to the customer. 7.2. The business is not responsible for indirect or consequential damage resulting from the use of the product. 8. Privacy and information security 8.1. Customer details will be kept in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981. 8.2. No details will be transferred to a third party except for the purpose of completing the transaction (credit company/couriers). 8.3. The site uses accepted security measures. 9. Intellectual property 9.1. All content on the site (texts, images, logos) belongs to the business and may not be used without permission. 10.
